By giving some of the most talented creators in the world access to the Skillz community and technology platform, the industry’s brightest rising stars can showcase their passions to the world’s 2.6 billion mobile gamers.”
In January, British games trade association TIGA released its Business Opinion Survey of 60 companies that were asked about their plans for the year – with positive results. Of these, more than three quarters (77%) of businesses plan to expand their workforce in 2019, which is an increase of 9% over 2018. 2% expect a diminishment in staff – while the remaining 11% foresee neither. With figures unlikely to be a coincidence, 77% of businesses responded ‘very well’, or ‘well’ when asked how they’re performing, an increase of 15% over the previous year.
